It has a stunning hallway and central stair case. Comes complete with stair railing kit. There is space for internal doors. Preston Manor dolls house and Basement kit is precision manufactured from good quality MDF and is supplied flat packed and un-decorated. Includes full assembly instructions for your house.

House Overall Sizes (W x D x H). 1200 x 510 x 915mm. Basement overall size (W x D xH) 1200 x 585 x 215mm. The basement includes the elegant flight of steps which lead to the front entrance. The kit comes complete with sashes, lintels, steps and stair railing kits and exterior door.
