This house is 15-1/2 tall and includes all interior wallpaper and cardstock furniture as well as a partially assembled house for you to paint and adhere the outside cardstock graphics. Lots of photos included to guide you along. When completed this antique reproduction dollhouse is intended to replicate our old original.

We are now pleased to offer our seventh in our series of paper covered wooden doll house kits completely manufactured by us in Spokane, WA. The finished dimensions are 15-1/2" high by 9" wide by 6 deep including the chimney and base. This house will also display nicely along side our No 1, No 3, and No 5 dollhouses like a little village that would be wonderful to decorate for the holidays.

7 is slightly larger being a true 1/2 scale. This kit is partially assembled for you by Ken with the main structure put together.

Note that there are two floors. We not only include wallpaper for the interior walls but cardstock furniture as well.

THIS IS A KIT OF WOOD AND CARDSTOCK IMAGES FOR YOU TO FINISH. Also please note that this is an antique reproduction dollhouse kit. This means we have tried to reproduce our house kit to look just like our old original. We hope this is the look you are trying to achieve as well.

The following is included in this kit. 24 pieces of wood precut with complete instructions on how to use them to complete assembly started for you. Three sets of brass hinges with screws and one latch nail.

Cardstock graphics to cover the front, sides, door, gutter and dormer. Cardstock wallpaper and floor covering for the interior 2 floors. McLoughlin reproduction cardstock furniture scaled just perfectly for this house.

Complete instructions and 26+ color photos of assembly process like those shown here. What you need to provide to complete this project. White craft glue like Gripp or Designer Tacky.

Scissors and Exacto style knife. Screw driver and metal edge ruler. Acrylic paint and the brush to apply it. Shoe polish to seal and antique after all parts are glued and a rag to apply and buff it. Optional clamps to hold the wooden parts securely while your glue is drying and paper cutter.

Other things you should know. All my workbooks and projects are printed on a state of the art digital color laser printer on either 110 lb. Card stock or parchment paper.
