Dollhouse Kit The Visalian Quarter Scale

In the late seventies - early eighties, "One Of A Kind Wood Shop" created the greatest dollhouse of all times - the Visalian - an excellent reproduction of a Victorian farmhouse near Visalia, CA. I recently received permission to create this house in 1/4 scale and it is just fantastic. The central feature of the house is a center gingerbread covered tower. The house is open in back on two sides and has 7 rooms, two halls, two attic rooms and a little secret room in the tower..... Debbie Young (This mention is included on a page in the kit).

I have this kit for sale and it includes. Fishscale shingles for exterior trim (wood). 5 pieces "wood" flooring (Brodnax paper). Wainscoting for kitchen, baseboard trim for all rooms. 6 Room Kits: Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, Bath, Parlor, Dining Room. I have assembled and finished 2 of these dollhouse kits.
