Doll House 12th scale The Burlington Town House in kit DHD 15-02

The Burlington Town House 6 rooms high. Basement is part of this House. We designed this house to have a small foot plate only 2ft x 2ft. Wooden front door, Ceiling heights range from 81/4" to 12". Rooms range from 7"to 14"wide x 15 deep. All windows are made from 3mm board and fit into a 5mm rebate, this allows for 2mm glazing. Height of house including stand 5'6" 24" wide x 24deep. Total Height including Chimneys 6ft. Return stairs on every floor. Windows in both side walls. All though you can see this style of House in many City and Towns in the UK. This version is our design, and therefore has a copywriter.

Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors. The above item is available in kit or ready made. We do this style of House with only 5 floor high Height of 4'10.
