Local pick-up option added below.. Huge lot of 53 vintage, stunning, miniature furniture kits from The House of Miniatures (HOM) by X-Acto, old stock, new in the box. Included in this lot are rare and Collectors kits and some extras.

Furniture pieces include Chippendale, Queen Anne, Hepplewhite, Duncan Phyfe, James River Fireplace, Clocks, Mirrors, Corner Cabinet and more. Beautiful, Museum quality dollhouse furniture kits come unassembled with precision machined wood parts and hardware, doors open and close. Each box shows the completed furniture piece and states the name of the piece (see pictures) and circa date if applicable and what is included. Includes assembly/finishing instructions in each kit.

These are NOT COMPLETED PIECES; they are KITS that you make. 50 kits are sealed in original packaging. 3 kits have the plastic removed from the exterior but are complete with instructions. There are 43 different furniture pieces/kits. And a few duplicate kits as follows.
