Offering a 1:12 scale Linfield Victorian Dollhouse Kit from DuraCraft. This kit is retired; DuraCraft went out of business in 2005. This is a classic Victorian house design with lots of details, including. Moving windows, door and french door. Hardwood floors and kit to create stone work on the exterior. Bay window and window box.

Lots of classic Victorian gingerbread. I encourage you to Google the kit name to see images showing how others have done the exterior, and to see additional photos of the layout. I was challenged being able to provide enough photos, since I can only go off of the limited photos on the box. This kit includes pre-cut plywood parts. The completed house will measure 28"H x 25.5"W x 18.5D.

The box is unopened and in excellent condition. This is part of my collection of retired dollhouse kits. I got involved with dollhouses about 12 years ago, at about the time that most of the major manufacturers were going out of business. The calculator is populated with the actual box weight and dimensions. Your satisfaction is important to me.
