Sturdy Construction features 3/8 thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly. Fully assembled railings and front door (with interior trim). Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8 thick. Expertly molded railings and porch posts. Wooden shingles for the roof. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings. 9 individual rooms, floor to ceiling height.

Created in Vermont, Manufactured in Thailand. Kit includes easy-to-follow, step by step assembly instructions with expertly drafted illustrations. Dollhouse is 1:12 scale with seven rooms.

Approximately 24 1/4" wide x 17 5/8" deep x 29 3/8 high. The box is in good condition. Opened with some of the outermost cardboard layer torn- see photos. No water damage, never completely removed from box, I do not see the instructions, but they are available online if not included. Otherwise looks complete, a booklet included to wire a dollhouse for lighting.

Weighs about 26 lbs and measures about 30 x 20 x 5.
