VTG Jan's Small World Hobnob Wood Log Cabin Dollhouse Model Kit 24x18.5x13

Vintage Jan's Small World - Hobnob Log Cabin model dollhouse kit. Size 24" long - 13" deep - 18½ tall. Box does have storage wear.

From my untrained eye, the items in box appear intact. There is a possibility that pieces may be missing or broken. There is some dust on the items inside, I wonder if that was the mortar or dust from the bag of rocks. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary or broken, besides just being old. Has window frames, wallpaper, wood, paper with instructions was on top.

Again, not sure every single piece is here. Original box was found unsealed, but taped together. In its original box weighs about 12lbs & is measured very approximately at 27"x16"x4.
