Vintage Newport-Dollhouse Real Good Toys Kit- Unassembled In Open Box. This was a project that we started years ago. One of the floors were scored with graph paper to make it appear as if there were true wood floors. That was all that was done.

Then all the pieces were replaced in the box and it was stored for many years. There are no directions but it is easy to figure out what goes where. I did inspect all of the pieces that are there and they are in excellent condition. All of the smaller pieces and the shingles are in the original unsealed bags. This is a beautiful set and would make a wonderful project.

Real Good Toys is no longer making this set in this scale so it is rare. Too bad my sons arent into it!
