Vintage Miniature Doll House Under Construction Unfinish Framed Builder Sample

If you are like me, you like to see what you are getting, so I took lots of pics. Check out my other cool listings! My other job is pastoring a Church in Florida. I'm not some large corporation, just a regular guy making his way for his family. I scour estate sales, garages, attics and anywhere to find many unique and rare items.

Very cool under construction home with tremendous attention to detail with the framing and room layout. The framing is actually how you would frame a real house!

This may have been a builder's sample to show clients how their home would be constructed. I will pack very carefully, but please know that some of the pieces like the front porch railing may need to be reattached if they come loose during transport, but I don't expect any major problems. I have it listed as 1.12 scale, but please review the measurements in the photos. House is 30" wide x 19" deep.
