All parts have been matched to instructions and appears complete. # 40004 Hepplewhite Side Table Circa Early 1800s. # 40006 Hepplewhite 3 Pc Dining Room Table Circa Early 1800s. # 40024 Chippendale Lowboy Circa 1725. Box is missing for this item but parts are in the original bag.

# 42403 Chippendale Looking Glass Circa 1750. Box is missing the bottom part.

There is one tiny piece that is broken off from the frame but is in the baggie so it can be glued back on. Once glued, sanded, and painted you will not be able to tell it was broken.

There is an itty-bitty tiny size of a hair or grain of sand tip that is broken and missing. Please see photos for those two items. # 40007 Side Chair Set of 2 Circa Early 1800s - Chairs are assembled. One chair had a leg broken off and is missing.

There is a leg part from a different miniature included so it can be whittled down and used as a replacement leg. In all there are 11pc in this lot. Ten are furniture sets and the eleventh is the book. So, please feel free to make a fair offer for this lot.
