Little Orphan Annie's Victorian Doll House kit. This kit was bought in the 1970's and has been sitting on a shelf since. The first box, Box'A', was originally opened to see the contents and instruction sheet and then was resealed with tape.
The second box, Box'B', was never opened and is still sealed. This is a 1-inch square model replica house Harold Gray resided in during the creation of the "Little Orphan Annie" cartoon series. The kit is ready to finish with 1/2-inch thick walls, ponderosa pine trim, clapboard siding, plexiglass window material, and fish scale shingles. The finished product is set to measure ay 43-inches high, 50-inches wide, and 27-inches deep. Contains 9 large rooms, a bath, and'Hide-A-Way Room. With that being said, I do not see a full parts list and I have not checked all the individual pieces in box A, however, I know the pieces were not removed from the box and the box has not been moved in 40+ years. The boxes are a little dusty from sitting on the shelf but the pieces from box A appear to be in mint condition. Please ask if you have any questions. These boxes are about 45lbs each.
