Vintage Dollhouse Kit S/W Crafts Lakeside Manor #930 (Unopened / Unbuilt)

PLEASE READ INFORMATION & CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL PHOTOS! RARE SW Crafts Vintage "Lakeside Manor" Miniature Doll House Kit #930.

This kit is unopened and unbuilt. I was told that only (1) box had been opened on one end but never taken out which all contents appear to be still in the the original factory boxes.

Both boxes show age, discoloration and some blemishes but there is no outside damage. Assembled size: 40-inches long x 23-inch diameter x 45-inches high. Research shows that these wonderful detailed Dollhouses were manufactured between the 1970s to early 1980s. The model number #930 is checked on the front label. (please carefully review all photos).
