Vintage Celerity Miniature Homes The Corner Store Victorian Dollhouse Kit Sealed

We have had this for many years and it has just been stored - we never got around to building it and now my girls are too old to enjoy it. Stroll along and window-shop at the Corner Store.

The store is on the first floor with space for living quarters or offices in the four rooms above. High quality unpainted wooden dollhouse kit. Finished store measures 24" wide x 15" deep x 27-1/2 high. Scale 1 = 1' (1/12 scale).

The kit contains all main house parts, interior and exterior stairways, 2 window boxes (plexiglass not included) and moveable partitions. Decorative trims, brick and clapboard siding are NOT included in the kit. Easy to follow and well illustrated assembly instructions. All parts are special light weight premium grade 3/8 plywood. 3/8 plywood provides a lightweight assembly.

House can be moved with ease. Walls are dadoed for second floor and third floors. Dadoes ease assembly and provide extra strength.

Lighting wiring is easy to install in unique plywood. MDF not used in these kits. All surfaces and edges are lightly sanded and close to ready to paint. Window and door openings accept standard size components - all window and door openings are dry fit verified. All Celerity houses are handcrafted in the USA.
