Vintage 12th USA plywood victorian Greenleaf Emerson Row Dolls House kit rare

It is The Emerson Row. This was made and imported from the USA. It has a back opening which is rare in the UK. The kit includes pre cut plywood with tab and slot assembly (no nails or screws required).

Dolls house Kit when assembled it measures width: 23", depth 20", height 32 1/2. Great item and American San Francisco design is sought after by collectors. It is new old stock and comes in one box which has been opened. (faded from being in shop window and age with some tape on box). Contents are new but over 30 years old so may have some general wear as shown but are new and never used. We have just retired from a shop that is has been family run for over 110 years and is now 4th generation. We have hundreds of dolls house items including furniture, papers and much more.
