The Chelsea Dollhouse Kit By Dura-Craft-Rare

This is a rare kit by DuraCraft. It is called the Chelsea. It is a 1:12 scale dollhouse. It is very durable and is made of 1/4 plywood.

It comes with shingles and premade windows. If there is a problem let me know and I will try to make it right.
