A shop and house put together, what else could you want? This Georgian dolls house comes with 5 rooms, plus a large shop and hallways on the upper floors. Windows are featured on each of the side walls, with dormer windows in the roof. The front sports a beautiful shop front with a pre-hung wooden door as well as a house front with an alternative styled wooden door, also readymade and pre hung. Both doors feature a fan light for added elegance. Rooms are 187.5mm deep. Made using high quality MDF boarding. 6mm thick for the main components of the house and 6mm thick for the back and roof. The house comes with stair treads and external doors and windows. Internal components are available on request and at an additional cost. All our 24th scale Houses are made from 6mm MDF (external and internal walls) 3mm backs. Please note that the photo for the listing is just for showing the size of House. The windows have all been up graded on all our houses to Laser cut ones which give a brown edge to them. No sanding between coats of paint. Main house is 6mm board CNC machined and windows and all the trims are laser cut board.
