This dollhouse is an unbuilt kit. Box is totaled after nearly 30 years of moving. Final stop was here in Sequim.
There are flaws in some of the "logs" but according to my count, there is approximately 20 extra log boards in the kit. Contents have been inventoried against the real good toys ponderosa construction instructions.Most of the parts and pieces are in sealed bags or plastic wraps. Individual packages in this kit have instructions in the sealed bags. I have printed out the real good toys ponderosa instruction sheets. I checked off the parts as I inventoried the kit.
