Original 1983 Westville Cottage Dollhouse Assembled Greenleaf #8013 Pick Up Only

Up for sale is this vintage hand built dollhouse. Issued from Greenleaf in 1983 this is The Westville Cottage Dollhouse Kit (#8013) in completely assembled, stained and painted condition. There were some custom additions made by the builder that were not included in the kit. Those additions are listed below. It's in excellent condition and even comes with original instructions & schematics. It measures approximately 25" by 17" by 24 tall and weighs just under 11 pounds.

Must be picked up at my store location in Brockport, NY, 14420. Please see info below and view pictures above for more details. The molding is custom from some of the scraps of balsa wood, not standard in the kit. It's hard to see unless you are looking down the stairway from the 2nd floor or looking through the front living room window, but the stair treads are stained individually and the risers white white in an effort to depict the style from that era.
