This beautiful, large farm house is the perfect doll house for anyone with an eye for authentic styling. The wrap around porch is just like the real thing. An oxeye window is characteristic of early American architecture. There is a beautiful fireplace mantle with ornate detail to recall the style of grandma's house.

The brickwork around the foundation and the stone masonry of the chimney appear authentic- they have real texture and true-to life visual impact. This is brand new in the original box and unopened. Box does show wear given that it is 22 years old.

It is very heavy, weighing 50 lbs. 31" H x 34" W x 20 D.

Real split shingles on roof. Shell (floors, walls & roof) is constructed of pre-cut 3/8 fiberboard.

Siding pattern milled into wall panels. Paint & glue NOT included. Brand new in sealed packaging.
