MADE IN THE USA, ALL DESIGNS CUT IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA!!! Why go with a room box when you can have this lovely Cottage. This is our 2nd generation of the Little Ann cottage. Features Two large rooms with the bottom room measuring 14"D x 14.5"W and a ceiling height of 9.75.

The 2nd floor is 18.75"D x 14.5"W. This is a complete kit that only requires shingles. Created By Laser Dollhouse Designs, Kit comes with working fence, 3 non-working single windows, one non-working double window, functioning main entry door with a screen door, detailed base skirt, 4 porch post with railing and running trim, gable, Lancaster staircase w/ landing rails, and roof crest. House assembled measures 25" deep x 15" wide x 29 tall.

1/12 scale = 1 scale. Made of unfinished B grade cabinet Baltic Birch plywood. KIT comes unassembled and unpainted, (Assembly required by adult). Recommended ages 13 and up. Made by Laser Dollhouse Designs Inc.
