Box has Shelf Wear and some Damage. It's torn and has a hole on the back. The box is also warped and wavy on the back. Contents have been carefully removed to check that they are complete and not damaged.
There are no missing parts or pieces and nothing is damaged. All pieces have been meticulously compared to the parts list and verified. The Instruction Booklet does have yellow highlighter marks over some of the text.
The original owner opened the box, reviewed the instructions and highlighted important items throughout. The doll house was never started. The shingles have been opened previously, counted (860+ wood tiles) and have been arranged in small stacks and bound with rubber bands. The two main boxes of parts and pieces inside are still factory sealed.
