The Georgian 10 room Town House KIT. All our Houses are manufactured using the most up to date CNC machinery and programming in our own workshop.

Windows are now laser cut. 10 large rooms, central stairs to all floors, room dividers have doorway cut in them that will take a standard internal door.

3 dormer windows in the roof. Basement is part of this house, Open the front of the house and the basement will open as well. Comes with Ready made Front Door (wooden), Windows bars are made from MDF, Stone surrounds around windows, Stair Treads to all floors. Hinges for Front and Roof. Size for both 110mm high (43") 762mm wide (30") 600mm Deep (24). Main house is Made from MDF. Please note that the photo for the listing is just for showing the size of House. The windows have all been up graded on all our houses to Laser cut ones which give a brown edge to them.

No sanding between coats of paint. Main house is 9mm board CNC machined and windows and all the trims are laser cut board. MADE IN WALES BY DHD Dolls House Direct. Our Houses are not made from thin or lightweight boarding. This house weighs about 32 Kilos.
