Celerity Dollhouse Kit #106 THE CORNER STORE. Two stories with the store on the first floor and living quarters/apartment on second floor. U npainted wooden dollhouse kit. 24w x 15 deep x 27-1/2 high.

Store on first floor with living quarters in the four rooms above. The kit contains all main house parts interior and exterior stairways, and moveable partitions. Also includes two bay window frames, plexiglass not included.

Decorative trims, brick and clapboard siding are not included in the kit. 1 bag of 1,000 pcs shingles and 8 sheets of siding, and 4 HW8200 brick sheets are suggested or you can use Magic Brick. C elerity kits include the following. A house base, walls (with standard window and door cut-outs), floors, roof.

Stairs, porch post and porch rails with spindles. All surfaces and edges are lightly sanded close to ready to paint. All door and window openings are dry fit verified. Moveable partitions allow flexible room arrangements.

Easy to follow and well illustrated assembly instructions. All parts are special light weight premium grade 3/8 plywood.

3/8 plywood provides a lightweight assembly. House can be moved with ease. Walls are dadoed for second floor and third floors.

Dadoes ease assembly and provide extra strength. Houses are scaled to one inch equals one foot (1=1-0).

Interior stairs and railings are included. Exterior stairs are supplied with some models. Window and door openings accept standard size components. All Celerity houses are handcrafted in the USA.
