The eight pieces on the left are sealed. The seven pieces on the right are not sealed, but mostly likely brand new and complete. Everything else in the lot is a mixed bag - some loose pieces, a lot of paperwork, a bunch of misc.

Miniature hardware, and no idea if the two beds are X-Acto. Everything is as-is, what you see is what you get. No guarantees on the completeness of anything.

Should be a pretty solid group to add to a collection.
