Vintage Tin Metal MARX Dollhouse 2 Story Colonial Mansion Box Inst VGUC Complete

This is a massive Marx tin doll house that is almost 4 feet long. The item is in great condition and looks like it was put together once, played with and then dismantled and put back in the box. It is clean and has very few marks/nicks and all tabs look present and some look unbent. The house is complete I went over inst. A few times matching up pieces but does not include any furniture or people. Instructions sheet is included and shows staining, creasing, folding and splitting. The box is in fair condition with a section cut out, tears, creasing, tape residue, paper loss, warping and overall age/storage wear.

The item will be packed securely and all the plastic items will be double boxed. Everything is in good working order, item made in USA. The following items have the flaw noted. 2 plastic front columns, glue repair most of entire length and most bottom nubs are missing that fit into slots on porch base. Plastic porch base missing nubs that slot into the front of house.
