Vintage Real Good Toys Dollhouse Kit - NEW ORLEANS - Box Opened/Never Built. I've owned this kit for 20+ years - non-smoking home. Box was open when I bought it, but apparently only to get instructions.

Kit has never been worked on. I opened the box fully to account for all large pieces and sealed packages containing windows, door, stairs, etc. Clapboards were still in original wrapping - verified all there and rewrapped.

Did not open sealed packages to count pieces, but it appears everything is present for a complete build NOTE: One partition has small manufacturing defect at one corner - can be easily handled during the build. Instructions indicate the material is milled plywood, and the instructions are dated 1997. The house is from the "Batrie" Collection.
