Vintage NEW Dura-Craft Wood Farm House Dollhouse Kit FH505 Old Stock 1993. Condition is New- Opened Box. It was manufactured in 1993 in the United States and is a very rare find. Here is the description on the box: This is more than a dollhouse it's an heirloom. It has 8 rooms, 2 stairways, 9 working windows, working front door, 2 fireplaces, and stands an impressive 32 1/2" high, 42" wide and 22 deep.

A country classic only begins to describe the Farmhouse. Enhancements to this splendid reproduction of country living include: Sweeping porch with curved steps, Architectural ornamentation, Moving windows and door, Foundation and chimney brickwork, Two elaborate fireplaces, Hardwood floors, Split redwood shake roof, Molded pine cornerposts, Gutters and downspouts, Molded pine tongue and groove clapboard siding. We have never built a dollhouse before and after looking through the pieces and reading the instruction manual decided it's just too complicated for us. So we are passing it on to a lucky person who has the know how to build this amazing dollhouse.

The box was opened but was still sealed with staples beforehand. The box is in good condition but has some light wear and tape on it.
