I HAD SEVERAL ASK FOR MEASUREMENTS. THE DOLLHOUSE WITH THE TWO ADDITIONS INCLUDED IS 70" long (wide), 25" deep and 37 tall. The Gazebo is 13" wide and 17" tall. This is a VINTAGE WALMER (REAL GOOD TOYS) FOX HALL MANOR WOODEN DOLLHOUSE that is mostly finished but could use some updating and remodeling-a few rooms need re-papering.
ALL 3 SECTIONS WIRED SEPARATELY. Most rooms have light fixtures, fans and plugs but you will need transformers. Cannot guarantee all electrical is working.
INCLUDED ARE THE TWO FREE STANDING ADDITIONS THAT FIT UP TO THE HOUSE AND HAVE ALSO BEEN ELECTRIFIED. AS A BONUS-A MATCHING GAZEBO IS INCLUDED.
