Santa's Workshop miniature 1/12 dollhouse with Santa, elves, toys, antique sled ready to take off on Christmas Eve... And a full bag of toys on the porch. Oak wood veneer floors, sanded and varnished. Wood shelves filled with toys, elves working and talking with Santa, all ready for an adult or child to enjoy. The antique sled is iron, and another sled is made of aspen wood. Candy canes decorate the outside of the house and stairs, and a stone fireplace and chimney warm the house, all constructed by hand.

There are other antique items throughout the house. The kit, by Real Good Toys, is no longer available. The floor plan was re-designed for the workshop. On the peak of the house is an antique reindeer made of metal, possibly polished steel but was told it may have been a hood ornament.

The walls are covered with Christmas wrapping paper and sprayed to prevent fading. The silhouette cutout of Santa's sled and reindeer, on the second level ceiling, was from a Christmas card. Base of the house, covered in snow and pine trees, is 40 1/2" x 26". House exterior size, including the front porch is 27" wide x 21 1/2" deep x 22 1/2 high. The roof peak from end to end is 32 wide. The stone chimney is 24 1/2 high. The inside workshop size is 12" wide x 11" deep with and entry 3" x 11". The second level loft balcony is 12" x 5" x 11. Packaging would also be extra.
