IGMA artisan Sue Herber creates beautiful 1/4 scale kits and then sells the room furnishings to go with the house kit. I made this dollhouse, called Arch de Provance, with sue at a class she gave at the Philadelphia Miniaturia show some years ago. Both this Kit and the furnishings are retired.

Her dollhouses are quite scarce and very collectible. Her attention to detail is amazing. Each of the rooms in this piece is furnished with the room Kit that was made for it. The house measures 7 high, 3 1/2 wide and 2 1/2 deep. The outer dimensions is 7 x 4. The many flowers in the flower pots on the front of the house were made separately by me.

It is truly a great piece. Please ask any questions you may have. If you would like to see additional photos I can provide them. The piece is in very good condition. There are a couple of very small scuffs in the cobblestone where I had put sticky glue under the wheels of the blue wagon to keep it in place.

If the wagon is sitting over them you cant see them. The house has been in a smoke and pet free environment. It is returnable only if found to be other than described.
