We are thrilled to have partnered a second time with Adam Koch of Dollhouse Therapy to bring you another unique property. Spring Run was inspired by grand historic farmhouses yet designed for modern living. This unfinished kit has structural parts made of sturdy MDF; trim and detailing parts are whitewood.

All windows and doors are included, as are shutters, two interior staircases, front porch steps and pergola and trim/railings. Detailed, illustrated instructions are also included. Fully open on both sides. Custom transom interior doors and arches.

Five different custom window designs. Hollow foundation to contain electric wiring components. Inviting front porch with pergola.

29"W x 45"H x 28D. Clapboard siding is a popular finishing option for this kit. If you would like to use clapboard siding, we have several choices.

They are #35, #7336 and #7039. The differences between these options are material, panel dimensions, and price.

For #35 you would need 5 packages, #7336 needs 2 packages, and #7039 needs 4 packages.
