The Visalian Dollhouse Kit 1:12. Condition is New old stock. This is new old stock from a retired dollhouse store.

The old shop owner had planned on building it but never did. It was never put on the floor for sale and was part of her personal collection. The boxes are ugly and dusty and have a lot of shelf wear.

This is an extremely rare kit from the late 1970s early 1980s. It was designed after an actual mansion in Visalia California that has since burned down.

It is especially difficult to find in 1:12 scale, which is what this is. Comes in 2 boxes which were still sealed but I added some tape because the original tape was disintegrating from age. Made by one of a kind wood shop dont be afraid to use the best offer feature, I might just accept your reasonable offer. What you see listed is what fits in the specified box with adequate packaging.
