1:48 1/4 Scale Miniature Storybook Tattington Cottage Dollhouse Kit - 0002103. The 1:48 or 1/4 Scale Tattington Cottage Style dollhouse kit features the classic Tudor style including stone and herringbone brick design. You will also fall in love with the glass conservatory. This dollhouse was designed with an ornate pattern for the stair railing and carried that pattern over to the archway and roof top gingerbread trim. This 1:48 Scale Dollhouse kit includes everything needed to finish the interior and exterior of the house.

It also includes 2 fireplaces, staircase, and well. The structural pieces are laser cut from 1/8 birch plywood. The dollhouse kit includes the base and two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring.

The exterior walls are grooved where the floors slide in. The corners of the walls and roof pieces are tabbed and slotted for easy assembly. Also included are the exterior materials which are stone, brick, exterior trims, and two chimneys.

The conservatory walls and roof are cut from 1/8 Plexiglas and are tabbed and slotted for proper assembly. The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors. It also includes the staircase and two fireplaces. All laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglas, and window boxes are included. Landscaping materials include grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes and vines, and 2 bags of flowers; one mixed flowers for window boxes, one color for bushes and vines.

Of course no Storybook home would be complete without a well. The finished house measures 14 ½ wide x 8 deep x 8 high The Storybook Tattington Cottage comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on. There are step by step instructions with detailed diagrams and pictures.
